Not bad for the price

The couch is a little sloppier looking than it was in showroom but it’s only been a week so hopefully it fills out since it arrives in compressed packaging. Jackie the sales associate in boston was very easy to work with and I will say the whole team was amazing dealing with assembly - fed ex was late delivering (appt was scheduled btw 11 and 1 pm) and the first assembler said he had to leave - ***** he found someone else immediately so that set up was done right after delivery at 3 pm - I very much appreciated that

Easy to clean

I purchased this couch because I have 2 active dogs and wanted a sofa that was easy to keep clean. The team that set it up was great and I love the fabric and durability of the sofa. What I'm not crazy about is that the seat cushions (which have a down layer) appear lumpy at times. It's also not very thick (like a traditional sofa). I also don't like how the seams of the seat cushion don't line up with the seams of the inner cushion, giving the appearance that it's messy.

It’s okay… not as wipeable as the videos

We like it, but don’t love it. Stains set in a lot easier than the videos make it appear. It’s honestly not that comfortable either… you can feel the seam on eat portion. A little disappointed with all the hype behind it.
