So I’m shocked at the fact that I had a 5 star experience online. I was so nervous to spend so much money on a couch that literally takes up my entire living room floor without even trying it out. Who does that comfortably? This company HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Better than those other companies;) blows west elm, CB2, RH OUT OF THE WORLD! I have contacted them for things and they answer within minutes and offer amazing support. Best company I’ve ever worked with. And the couch is amazing. The only negative I can say is that the standard fabric holds hair but I love the fabric and color. You can use a lint brush. Dont have any hesitation with your purchase. It arrived quickly. They helped me with my delivery and assembly too. Thank you for everything 7th
