Cover Set - Armless Seat

Beautiful sectional!

We purchased the 4-piece modular sectional (extra deep) in the textured weave and couldn't be more pleased. It is soft while still providing support and so spacious. It feels sturdy and well-made and we love the ottoman option with storage. It was a bit of an investment but we wanted something that would last a long time and was easy to care for and transport. Above all, the customer service has been outstanding. We originally purchased this in the natural white fabric color, but after seeing it in the home a few days, we felt it was too white for the fact that we have a very active Boston Terrier in the home. So we were able to get a replacement fabric free of charge (within the first 30 days) without having to go through extensive loopholes or get the runaround. Both times we opted for the white glove delivery and both times the service was professional and quick. Highly recommend for anyone looking to upgrade their sofa game!

Once it got assembled - we couldn’t do it our selves - too much work - it looks great ! We love the depth of the chair and the texture of the sofa overall.

Love the blue velvet, but bummed the white wasn't stain resistant

We originally purchased our couch a couple years ago in the natural white color (which was one of only a few colors they had at the time). We were excited about the stain resistant, washable fabric, but it only took a few months for the white to become dingy and stained. If you have dogs or kids, I would not recommend the lighter shades. I didn't find the fabric to be stain resistant at all. You could clearly see which cushions were most used because they were a slightly darker, dingier color. After about two years, it was so bad, we bought new covers in the blue velvet color. I love the velvet; it's so soft and the darker color is definitely more dog and kid friendly. The service and process has been great; I just deducted a start because the couch was expensive to begin with, and then it was expensive to order new covers when the white just didn't wear well.
