Apple Cinnamon Protein Muffin

Another fav one for me

I always add a couple of this flavor to my Build-A-Box and add some flaxseed meal or chopped oatmeal prior to microwaving it

Good muffin, great pancake

Good flavor, better as pancakes then microwaved muffin.

Very yummy.

Reminds me a little like my grandmother’s apple cake.
