I am a licensed mental health counselor who specializes in working with first responders. I really love these! I purchased some to assist my clients inside and outside of the therapy space for grounding. Also enjoy using them myself for some personal decompressing. Looking forward to using them and purchasing more in the near future!

I'm a skin picker to a pretty high degree. I would say in my waking hours I'm picking at my fingers, lips, nails, and hairs 95% of the time. After a little over a week of having this I've my picking down to probably 40% of the time. My only issue is that after about a week the spinner and clicker have now become off center and wobbly. While it doesn't seem to cause any immediate issues, I do worry about the longevity of it.

It took weeks to receive. I sent an email to check on things after two weeks and never received a response.
