Brown Bear Warmies

Just arrived. SOAKING WET! Box literally falling apart. Wish I could load a photo. Warmies not even in plastic! Feet soaking wet on bear; his butt is wet. Eagle’s head; soaking wet. I know sea turtles are sea dwellers, but this one’s whole underside is soaking wet! None of these wet areas are ‘surface’ wet. Its all DEEPER! POOR SHIPPING PROTOCOLS!! Humbly request return instructions and immediate replacement for each item.

Make sure your warmies doesn't have holes

I was so excited when I opened my warmies box. I took the warmies out and when I was seeing all its details, I noticed that there was a loose thread and a hole in the back of my warmie's head. I was very disappointed and displeased. Make sure you check your warmies upon receiving them!!!

Great gift

This bear is super adorable, the only issue we had is that the lavender or something inside is leaking a bit. Every time we set it down or touch it, there's a gritty material left on our tabletops and hands. I'm hoping that goes away eventually, because it's quite a pain, but otherwise a great gift.
