The product itself was amazing, shipping was outrageous

The product itself was amazing. 5 stars. The spin function was awesome. The spikes are also really good. I wish it was a little smaller, but i understand the mechanics inside are probably whats bulking it up so much. The clicks on the top were not insanely satisfying, but its still a nice touch. Overall I love it so much. Im obsessed. My kids are obsessed. Now for the shipping.... I had to wait 3-4 weeks before the site would let me even file a complaint. No updates. After I filed it I still had to wait like 2 weeks for the shipping to process. I was forced to download an app just to track my package and it gave me the roadabout just to file a complaint or check up on it. I did eventually get my package almost 2 months after ordering it. It came just fine. So. Im only giving it 4 stars because I love the product. Otherwise this would be 1. Not a great shipping experience

Long wait

I definitely enjoy the product, but it took almost an entire month to be shipped out to me. And was stuck with a label being created for weeks
