sooo cute but arrived with a tiny stain. nothing crazy or bad, but i reached out to customer service to see if i could get a small discount or something. i was fine with keeping it because the stain really isnt anything terrible. instead, they let me keep the one i already have and pick out another warmies for free to make up for it!! i picked the hippo. best customer service ever. so kind and so thoughtful!
