Helps for my intense sensory seeking. The spinny top is also very soothing, the spinning part is smaller so I can roll it over my arms and legs. The button is very quiet.

The spikes were really nice. The spin top is not quiet, and the button popped off when I dropped it. I pushed it back in but now it is a bit louder. Very nice product, not worth the 15 dollars
