Perfect if you have a light pain tolerance or only need light pain. It was a bit weak for me personally but I feel like for people with a low pain tolerance it would be perfect! It was pretty soothing when rolling back and forth between hands. It is the perfect size for keychains, purses, or pockets to take with you!
