This meets the expectations that anyone would have with a creatine supplement, after the first week or two my muscles have felt more full and I've noticed my stamina and strength improving. My only complaint is that it is very gritty and doesn't mix well, and though it is flavorless it has a distinct taste and texture that is unpleasant. However, the product itself delivers what is claimed, and I will be purchasing again.
