I like the simple sand bags better than the sand bag within the bag. It's built like a tank. I’ve not had any sand leak out.

Great Great Great. Sturdy no leakage of Sand with multiple Velcro flaps!! I filled it to 50 lbs works nicely. I can still add 10 more pounds later if needed. Perfect for weighted glute bridges! Well made heavy material and looks awesome!
