It was working great as far as cognitive help until the plunger stopped working on the bottle. This item is too expensive for the delivery system to be defective that quickly. Update: Customer support quickly responded and I was notified they are shipping me a replacement bottle. To reiterate, I can tell a difference, especially regarding brain fog, that this product is helping.

Just started using it..initial positive signs

Just started using it ..in hopes it will reduce symptoms of SSHL So far some positive signs. The spray bottle failed after a few days ...they sent a replacement immediately.
