Very fine white powder from reputable company. Easy to mix a scoop into a bit of water. Tastes a bit like vitamin c not unpleasant. Too soon to tell regarding efficacy.

Difference maker!
Been using this specific product for roughly a year. If you understand the science behind this, it’s a no-brainer, especially someone like myself beyond my 20’s. I feel a difference overall in my energy levels (more consistent and stable) and better recovery. Mental alertness has improved as well.
