The VH Chocolate shake is the best protein shake I have ever tried. I use a recipe from the e-recipe book and it blends into a rich decadent treat, keeps me full.

I’ve been enjoying the chocolate flavor a couple months now. It tastes good and isn’t gritty until I get to the very bottom. That could be my fault though since I just shake it up vs using a mixer of some sort. I make it at night and let it sit in the fridge overnight and drink it first thing in the morning. I’ll keep subscribing until they change the taste.

Good breakfast.

Throw some ice in the blender, with water and Vitahustle, and you get a tasty, healthy breakfast. Though you could use it for any meal.
