They sent me the wrong size. They asked for proof so I sent them proof with photos. I wanted yo return the product and get the right size. They sent me an address in China and wanted me to pay for postage and everything. I said it wasnt my fault so they said it’s company policy and i need to bear all the postage costs to China to return a product. The other alternative was me to order the same product on their website and get a 30 percent discount. What would i do with the wrong size they delivered in the first place. Just be wary of the returns and refund policy as they still wont do a refund or replace the product at their own cost.
