It wasn't clear when I purchased that the recommended dose was 4-8 tablets a day - its ridiculous to think you have to have so much to get the benefits, I've had 4 tablets a morning for a week and noticed nothing. Misleading to think people are willing to actually have so many each day, on top of other medications, its a deal breaker for me.
