I find age mate to be very thoughtful and organised organisation. I have been using the product for around 6 months with no adverse side effects. It is hard to know how much benefit we are getting from taking the product it I have been healthy and happy while I have been on it. I think sometimes the only way to know how much good it’s doing is to stop taking it and see the difference, however I’m happy to keep taking AgeMate while I’m feeling good
