Carry On!
This doesn't do its job but I much prefer the cream...for a start it has a beautiful scent....and I don't spill it like the spray.Both work well but I just prefer the cream.

Topical magnesium spray
Calms sore aching tense muscles and it helps me sleep better I use it on my whole body doesn't leave marks on my sheets love it it's a wonderful product all zea products are lovely but most importantly they really work i couldn't live without them thanks zea for making wonderful products that work
