Digest - Gut Health Protein Powder

Seems to be working.

Wasn't sure about this to begin with and because I am not fond of smoothies I take it in a kiwi crush. I can only manage 1 tablespoon per dose, three times a week. I don't find it that pleasant to drink - even though the powder is very fine, it is quite gritty and doesn't dissolve. But, I have persevered and have to say it is really helping my gut, even on half the suggested dose. So, I plan to keep on taking it.

Protein Boost

Once we get over 60, we need to consume more protein and less carbs. This helps maintain a healthy weight and sometimes not easy without completely changing our diet.
