Natural Magnesium

I love this; it makes my night's sleep comfortable and waking up feel refreshing. I do not have sleepless issue, just love the magnesium that relaxes my body and bones altogether.

I have purchased many brands of magnesium and this is the best one I have tried I have recommended it to my friends who are into their health All my family uses your magnesium and will continue to use it It helps my quality of sleep and my muscle recovery as I do Pilates classes 5 days a week Thank you Forest Foods for a quality product

Love it! Amazing! I take it at night for improved sleep and muscle relaxation. Works a treat. I definitely notice it the nights I forget to take it.
