It was 5 weeks late,they didnt send it until i confronted them about it being late,and it still took over another week to get it. When they emailed me back it was with a confirmation and not adressing my issues about the fact that they claimed 5-8 days to ship. Other than that,my cats wont go near it and yes,i followed all the placment and training recommendations and they just dont like it.

I am new to all this new pet care technology - but, so far, I am loving the concept of having running water for my fur babies. Have not had it long enough to need a deep cleaning. I think it will be a PIECE OF CAKE!

Fountain is extremely quiet! Excellent customer service! The fountain had a dent and they replaced it. The cats are also a fan!
