Incredible tea! This was the first Gyokuro I had ever tried, and was absolutely blown away. Following the instructions with 45° water for 120 seconds, the brew was astoundingly rich and full bodied, with surprising umami and sweetness. Very complex, I kept brewing, adding 15s & 10° each time, and got to 85° and 115 seconds before the tea was finished. Highly recommend!
