Razor sharp and effortless operation. I had an OXO branded Mandolin for years and barely used it due to the size of the thing for one and the poorly designed tool for gripping produce, as you slice and Julien a variety of produce. I keep feeling there is something missing from this tool, like the French fry or waffle chip typ attachments. It comes with two razor sharp vertical set blades for julienning produce. 10/10 or ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love this Mandolin. Razor sharp blade and attachments. Amazing how easy you can work through a mountain of veggies. I’d like more info on additional pop in blades for French fries as it comes with two inserts, one for juli Ned veg and the other, pretty much the same, a tiny bit larger. At least make them a purchase option at retailers. This mando replaced an OXO mando I purchased 25 years ago. The OXO device was a pain to setup and use. It was very hard to use without using loads of pressure and strength, making accidents more likely. The blade was razor sharp btw. Not this new beauty, it is shear bliss to use, slicing and dicing are effortless and the Mandolin is very easy to clean up and store. Go get one, if you are an avid cook, you will love the mando. 🤩🤙🙏
