The 3 quart saucier you've been searching for!

I was looking for a 3 quart saucier for some time. I typically try to find American made products which I know limits my selection of manufacturers. Looking specifically for a 3 quart saucier made it a little more difficult. Lot's of 2 and 2.5 quart ones out there but 3 quart is limited. There are also metal requirements that I look for in my cookware. Heritage Steel is American made, had a 3 quart option, and the metal composition and thickness I was looking for. Then the customer ratings told me I found what I was looking for. I purchased the 3 quart saucier. It arrived fast and was everything I was hoping for. I cooked a ragu that evening and it performed just as I wanted. I now have another American manufacturer to purchase from and will in the future when I need another pot or pan in the kitchen!

I'm appreciating it far more than I expected to

This is the pan I didn't know I needed. I've had an old-timey standard 3 quart saucepan for years and thought it was all I'd ever need, but have completely changed my mind. Here I have the volume, the width, and the flexibility for various dishes that I didn't know would be so useful. I'm praising the form factor here rather than the make, but in terms of design: I know this is thinner than some other brands, but for me that's an advantage, because it's not too grossly heavy for me to lift, one-handed, to drain in the sink.

I was not familiar with Heritage Steel when I purchased the 3 quart saucier. After receiving the item I was impressed with the build quality and finish. I am planning on buying more hardware from Heritage Steel in the future. I will say that Made in the US did influence my purchase.
