Mussini PGI Balsamic Vinegar Perfection

This is the best balsamic vinegar I have ever tasted. It is smooth and has a subtle sweetness. It isn't pungent or acidic at first taste like other brands. It paired very well with our Novo olive oil. It would taste good on almost any vegetable, fruit or meat. I could walk away from salad dressing altogether and eat this alone on my salad from now on.
