Started making gf baked goods for my granddaughter -10, brought these over yesterday. Good thing there were over a dozen, because her siblings wanted them too, and there was still enough to save for school week ahead. I made chocolate chip muffins. I’d say they’re a hit!

We have a Trader Joe's store we buy GF muffins and they are really good! We decided to try Jules muffin mix and ordered 1 to try. We prepared our first GFJules muffin mix and added coca and chocolate chips to the mix and they came out great, not quite as fluffy and the Trader Joe's brand but tasted very good, will be buying more very soon.
