Obsessed. Like it even better than matcha. It's dark and nutty and I think it'll be my new go-to pretty much forever.

I tried the Signature before and I was impressed with the quality. It's hard to find hojicha in south Texas so I was looking for a way to make it myself. I decided this time to try the trio and so far I've only tried the Onyx and it was instantly my favorite. Both have that nutty, rich hojicha flavor but Onyx is deeper, almost chocolatey and I don't need any sweetener. I can't wait to try Opal but if it's like the other two it will be delicious!

Onyx is the best. I drink it every day. It has a very strong baked flavour. Highly recommended. Haha, everyone, give it a try!
