Learned about the T-2 at the NRA show and ordered one for our kitchen. Staff loves the fact that we have an in house system to keep an edge on everything, I like the fact that I will not have to pay someone each month. Very happy with this equipment.

I started with a couple low end knives to get the hang of it. After 3 or 4, went for my good kitchen knives. Definitely an easy learning curve and excellent edge.
