Ive used it a few times on different types and brand of knives and honestly i amazed at how it sharpens! I have high end and low end knives and every knife I’ve sharpened ao far has passed the paper test. Ill be purchasing this for a few family members as a gift. It seemed pricey for a sharpening tool but well worth the investment.

This product is easy to get the hang of and gets my knives very sharp. Does a great job on western and Japanese knives. The whetstones are a great addition. I have purchased the mini and larger magnetic block to be able to sharpen smaller knives and have more angle choices.
