Vibration Therapeutics is the best in all categories. I received super-quick responses to all my questions as I was making the purchase decision. The VT-009 was shipped and delivered unbelieveably quick. The equipment itself is an outstanding design and far superior to others. The company is transparent and honest, and you can actually see what you are getting rather than being hidden by a plastic shell as others vibration plates are! And I must say that in today's business world where customer service is unbelievably terrible and difficult to deal with, this company is an exception --- they are outstanding!
