The Brisket Box

The brisket with your seasoning was wonderful. In fact this afternoon, my neighbor walked over to the house and asked me about splitting a brisket. I had taken him a chunk of brisket for him and his wife to try. So the next time he’s hungry for brisket he will buy the brisket and then we will split it into. I will do the smoking in the SEASONING with your SEASONING. Why changed something that’s proven.?

Just received my order. It was a pleasant surprise to see the Hawiian rub included. I haven’t had a chance to use it yet. I have a brisket i’m going to use the rub on. Let’s see what happens !
