I have been taking Cod Liver for years for the memory etc etc. but a different brand and that one worked also, I purchased Carlson because it came in a bigger size , the delivery was super fast and the cod liver seems to be a little higher quality then the other brand I have been taking. I will definitely stay with Carlson on my purchases going forward for the next many years.

I find that the capsules are more convenient than the liquid, and less likely to forget to take.
