This is my favorite coffee of all times. It’s sweet and nutty, goes great with milk and it brews beautifully.

Methodical Brazil series is delicious. It’s a nice smooth, mellow cup that I like to take time with.

Simply Top Tier

Excellent medium roast, chocolaty and nutty, works best as pour over. This is some of the best coffee I’ve ever had, I’d rank it up with steady state pau, roasted record fazenda bon Jesus, and sightseer hellacious. If you are looking for a medium roast you won’t regret this, and if you do, you did it wrong
