This bar is a complete game changer - in terms of comfort it is unrivaled. Using this for any upper body pressing that would typically require anterior delt input is incredibly comfortable. Chest pressing allows smoother pectoral activation due to removed alleviated front delt tension. I can’t recommend it enough!

Heavy duty bar yet maintains smooth rotation of the hands when needed.

Just a bar needed to work rotational press hit other muscles that don't really get involved great pump and a great feeling when used right have similar ones like this but not as smooth nor can it be rack this rackable one is what I've been looking for
