I ordered 3 sets of the Small flanges for my upcoming pumping journey. I realized it had been a couple weeks since I placed the order and still hadn’t received the package. I called the customer service helpline and Jon was so helpful! After asking a few questions about sizing and previous pumping experience, he told me he was going to send 3 sets of xs flanges in addition to my original order (which had been lost) and send it 2-day shipping via fed ex. Apparently women tend to drop a size with subsequent pregnancies-who knew? They came yesterday and I’m so happy with the product, the knowledge base of the customer service, and their willingness to make it right. I recommend pumpin pals to all my pumping friends!
