Issues with product and customer service

I Love the gown, and the feel; however, when I got the gown, it had some issues. The pockets are sewed correctly, and there's a huge hole for my thumb to go through, and there should be two ties to cinch the back closed, but the whole right belt strap is missing entirely. I then messaged customer service on their page, and after 5 days didn't hear back, so I messaged again, and it's been about 8 days since then with still no answer. The gown is great, but for the price, there should be some sort of quality check that this dress would not have passed.

Don't like the snaps by breast size is large for standard hoping I can shrink it. The pictures look better than it does in person. I got standard size probably should have went with petite??

Strap around neck is to small and made the fit akward and uncomfortable. Emailed the company twice to ask how to submit a return and they were unresponsive.
