Burplee Pro Lounger

My baby is 3 months and enjoys tummy time on this thing but she slides off of it way too often. It says to use a pillow to prevent that but I find it still happens. I’ve tried everything!

Customer service wasnt great - I tried to cancel my order before fullfillment and emailed them twice but they said they couodnt cancel it. The lounger looks like the picture. Its okay and works for baby to lay oj their tummy. I got the extension to make it higher and dont think it was needed. Also, if you put the cover on the lounger, there is no velcro to connect the extension.
