SuckleThrough Nipple Shield

My baby did not like it. The material doesnt match other nipple shields so she wasnt used to it. And it doesnt stay sunctioned on very well. Also when ordering on the site, there were no options to buy anything but a small.

One size is not helpful

I ordered these because I have elastic nipples and they’re the only shield on the market with an open tip. Unfortunately for me they come in only one size, and that size is not big enough. Feeding with this shield is painful. I’m extremely disappointed because there are no other open tip shields on the market.

Suckle through shield… SUCKLES THROUGH.

I had hope that since these nipple shields are advertised as being good for elastic nipples that they wouldn’t allow the nipple to be pulled through the opening. Unfortunately I was wrong! They most certainly do allow the nipple to be pulled through and it is VERY uncomfortable trying to remove a swollen nipple from its opening. Rated 2/5 for the fact that it did encourage a latch, but lost 3 stars for the pain and tears of removing it after my nipple looked, effectively, like an erupting volcano from the silicone.
