I really recommend getting these inserts. You can select your size and get multiples. It comes with 24mm and then 21mm inserts, which most of us girlies are not that size. Worth the money!

These inserts are much more comfortable than the standard silicone inserts I’ve used before. The quality of them are great and they fit snugly in the flanges of the Willow.
