USDA Prime Sirloin Strip Steak

Steaks arrived frozen. They were tender and delicious but only 1 inch thick. To thin to cook on the grill if you like your steak medium rare. By the time you get a little char on the outside they are over done. Next will try thick cut.

Absolutely delicious! We have been buying Wagyu beef from another source but this Prime meat was actually a lot better and less expensive. Tender and juicy! Wife and I both loved it!
