The Crave Crusher v2

Restarting my Ozzi after an Alaskan vacation. Just finished week 1 and my desire for late evening snacks and sweets have diminished. Now I just need to stay the course ancestry the plan. Excited to see the results at the end of the month.

All I can say is that it really does help. I used to be great at intermittent fasting but in recent years it just would be so tough in the evening not to eat. This is really helping to support a decrease in night time food cravings. I will be definitely purchasing again.

I make a tall glass mid day and even sometimes in the evening to fill me up with good things and not snack on junk. I enjoy the refreshing taste as well as the satisfying my craving ,snacking times.
