Still early
I’ve been taking this for almost a month. I don’t necessarily see any dynamic results but i do feel good and no side effects to the negative. I do feel a little less bloated. I don’t feel any appetite suppression or food noise going away just yet but all I’ve read says to give it a few months.

A must try! Obsessed
I’m obsessed with this supplement! I’ve taken it for a full year in conjunction with healthy nutrition and a calorie deficit.
