Plant Protein Full Bag

We have used the Cafe Mocha in the individual portions and loved it. The full bag did not seem like the same product at all. The full bag did not have the mocha flavor we expected and was very gritty as compared the what we had for the individual serving portions which were smooth. We used them both the same way yet got 2 very different outcomes. We would never order this one again. I’m hoping it was just a defective batch but to say we were disappointed would be an understatement. Since your return policy state unopened bags we did not attempt to return. We hope you do better in the future as we have enjoyed your product other than this one!!
