I cooked the beef tongue in an instant pot and it was ready in an hour plus the 30 minute for release, I put garlic some celery, Carrot, Only, chopped red onion,salt, and beef broth. It turned out excellent very tender very nice very happy with the beef tongue using an Insta pot. Makes it really easy to cook and prepare.
