Definitely recommended!
I always already feel this out. I don't like to smelly version of the aged stuff. The young brick cheese has just enough flavor.

Meh.
Ice packs were thawed and cheese was soft but, after an overnight stay in the fridge, they became hard again. I checked for a strong odor and there was none. My complaint is I signed up for 10% off and didn't get it.

Great!
Perfect for Detroit style pizza. Quantity is so large I froze 2/3 of it. Hopefully it will still be excellent after thawing.
