I love this seafood mix of fish, shrimp, and scallops. It's not only perfect for a yummy chowder but also makes a delicious bouillabaisse or a quick stir-fry.

Seafood Chowder, from rookie to pro!
I haven't made seafood chowder in prob 25 years. My mom ,whose almost 90, requested it. So, I made it for her and enjoyed a bowl myself. It was amazing! Wonder why I haven't made it sooner! Turns out I can cook!

Coldwater shrimp, sweet succulent scallops and flaky haddock
The chowder mix starts with Coldwater shrimp which, in my humble opinion, has a better flavour than any other shrimp I have tried. Then you have the sweet scallops, and the flaky haddock. I never put this in chowder as I want to to take each item as it is, with just a little black pepper and a punch of salt on the haddock, then lightly sauteed in a mix of oil and butter - perfection!
