Saved my daily cooking
After I couldn’t reattach the bottom part to the mixing bowl - I realized there was something wrong - I ordered the part from Thermomix and 5 days later I could continue with my cooking and mixing- very happy!

Bought by mistake
I made a mistake purchasing this item. I requested a refund and am still waiting to receive the return label. The seller contacted me, but I didn’t respond immediately, and now they are no longer reaching out.
