Love this set to do my sous vide recipes. The pump works really well and can be pulled apart and cleaned easily. This is compact and great to take in the RV .

Sous vide set
I’m a huge fan of the Sous Vide set and use the sous vide mode all the time. I’ve tried almost everything this way, from fruit and vegetables to seafood and steaks, and the results are always amazing. The steaks, though, are on another level. They come out perfectly cooked every single time: never overdone, never underdone, just exactly the way you want them. The texture is incredibly tender and juicy, and it takes all the guesswork out of cooking. If you love restaurant-quality results at home, the Sous Vide set is absolutely worth it!
