Lock works great. The raised strike plate that came with it was too tall so the door wouldn't close. Customer support had no solution. Ended up hammering the plate down flat so the door could clear it. Doesn't look the best but works. Other than that, the V4 lock is working great.

We now have 2 of these locks and I had to contact customer service for something and they were outstanding. I cannot rave about this company enough.

When we needed to replace our older unit with the new V4, RVLock generously offered to replace it at no charge. We insisted on paying because we wanted to support a company that stands behind its products, and they still gave us a very generous discount. The new V4 was incredibly easy to install and set up, and their videos were very helpful. I had one quick question, called Emma, and she simply told me to hold my phone near the new lock. About 30 seconds later, we were up and running. Fantastic product, fantastic people, and a company that truly supports its customers. Knowing we can reach a real person if we ever need help while traveling gives us tremendous peace of mind. Highly recommend RVLock!
